Want something more than just a standard dessert?
We can add any inscription to your cake, as long as it fits, and as long as it does not contradict our basic principles
You can choose the color of the cake, make up your own decorations and we will try to bring it to life
We can make you a tiered cake. It can be a wedding cake or just a big birthday cake. You can choose taste and decorate the cake from the menu or make up your own
About the project The Sladenky Cooperative was founded by two vegan women on November 1, 2015 in Moscow. We started out selling our desserts at small charity gigs and events. Then we set up pages on social networks, and the rest of the vegan community in Moscow and other cities found out about us. We were invited to events in neighboring countries, where we shared our experience in creating a vegan cooperative with a horizontal organization of work. In March 2022 part of the team moved to Tbilisi and in June we opened a branch called «Sladenky Tbilisi», which is now renamed «Tkbiliko». Over the years, people have come and gone, branches have opened and closed, but the principles stayed unchanged. |
Our principles
In our work we rely on the following principles
Veganism
We only use vegan ingredients. Our production facility does not allow the presence of any animal products at all. That's why we can't even accidentally put something non-vegan in our desserts.
Horizontality
We don't have bosses and subordinates. All decisions are made by consensus. We make our own schedule and decide our own salary, and we make our own plan for the development of the cooperative, according to our emotional and physical resources.
Eco-friendliness
We use cardboard packaging without plastic lids and windows. We separate all waste from production and recycle it. We provide the option of delivering our desserts in recyclable containers.
Affordability
It is important to us to make vegan desserts affordable so that price is not an additional barrier to going vegan. That's why we use the most common flour and sugar. And we make standard simple decorations.
Anti-discrimination
We are against discrimination. We try to use only gender-neutral speech that will not offend people and animals. We also put the needs of employees on a par with the needs of clients. It is important for us to work in a comfortable atmosphere of equality
